This furniture set will be shipped in 4 boxes, they may arrive at different times, please be patient as they will arrive gradually.
What is the weight capacity of the patio set?
All the single seat chair, swivel chair and ottoman support up to 350 lbs, 2-seats love seat sofa – 700 lbs, 3-seat sofa couch – 900 lbs.
Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?
The covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.

We’ve been using this set for the past 18 months and its given us zero problems so far. We’re in SoCal and we have it setup under a covered patio and do cover when not in use.

Very comfortable and good value for the price
Letâs start by saying this this is not the highest quality furniture on the market. But follow that up with it is a very good quality for the price. I had read the reviews and thought that I would take a chance on it as I didnât want to pay $4,000 for outdoor furniture that might not last any longer than this. I purchased the two swivel rockers and couch with ottoman. The chairs came in separate delivery than the couch but within a few days of each other. The mechanics of the chair are heavy duty and I think that they will last for a long time. The couch also seems to be sturdy and I donât anticipate any issues with the strength. The furniture is very comfortable and I am very pleased with the look and feel. The cloth material is not super soft but okay, definitely not the higher quality of Sumbrella, but considering the price I accept that. I do recommend that you purchase covers for it if you plan on leaving the cushions outside all of the time. I decided that it was easier to cover them than to bring the cushions into the garage when not using. The rattan type material seems to be a good quality as well. The color was exactly as described and the gray cushion material matched perfectly. And finally, the assembly was pretty much as everyone says. Not easy but not difficult. Just plan on it taking one to two hours, take your time and get an electric drill to speed up the process. It would definitely be frustrating and very time consuming to use only the tools that were provided.

I took my time looking for the right set for my new back porch. I love how the two chairs rock and swivel. The cushions are so comfy. My husband helped me to assemble the first chair. After that I assembled the remaining chair, two ottoman, and couch all by myself. Make sure to not tighten the screws until they are all in place. Hand tighten all of then and then go back with a drill and tighten. So easy my 9 year old grandaughter helped.I do recommend no hand screwing (time consuming) but using a drill. I would purchase this product again in a heartbeat.

Donât buy this set!
I bought this set in April 2023. During the winter of 2023 I covered it with then enclosed covers and had it tucked against the house. I live in the Pacific Northwest and our winters are mild. By June 2024 the wicker on the two stationary chairs started cracking and breaking. The company did send me 2 new arms to replace the broken ones ( for some reason it was only the two left arms that was the issue). October 2024 I covered all chairs & couch and tucked close to the house and now today, May 1, 2025 I uncovered them all. The right arm of the couch has a few broken wicker pieces and I quickly super glued them in hopes they donât split further. One of the stationary chairs the wicker cracked and broke on the front part of the seat. I hope to get through this summer without more breaks. Then next year buy something else and it wonât be a wicker set!

Love it. Once you figure out how the screws and mechanisms work, it became easier to put together. Start with the Swivel chairs as they have all the answers as to how things go together. Very comfortable too! The pillows were an added bonus. The two pillows on the couch in the picture were included.

Its time consuming to put together.The weaving material is ok the worts part is the cushions they are thin! No much padding and it makes the seats uncomfortable. I wish I would have invested a little bit more and have bought quality instead.You get what you pay for
