Not worth the price
Extremely thin and flimsy.. You can get a better quality one for the same price at Walmart. The hinges bent just trying to close the top. We took them off as we are just using it to store cushions. Spend your $$ on a better product🤑

Read the reviews and don’t buy. Absolute pos,The henges are bent and won’t allow lid to shut, once you give up on the hengedarms now the henges that keep the lid on fall out every time. Junk.

I’ve been an Amazon Prime Customer for many years. I have bought and returned many items without too many issues . I rarely have to return items . This negative experience, however, demonstrated to me how Amazon is NOT service centric.I bought two of these boxes . One assembled just fine but the second one is clearly a misfit . The lid did not align properly without significant force. The lid appeared warped and too big .I requested a new lid from the manufacturer , Cosco, but was told they do not have anymore parts and that I should return the item. I started a return form Amazon but they required me to drop off the large box to a courier. I explained I am unable to manage the large box . Amazon recognized that it was a “large bulky item” and forwarded instructions for “CEVA” to pick up the item. I was never contacted within the 3-4 business days . When I called back I was told my return window was closed and they will not accept a return. Upon talking to a supervisor I was told that they recognize my refund was within the return window and they recognize it was a “Large bulky item “. I was promised a second request to CEVA for pickup . 4 more days go by and the request was unanswered.I recruited help to bring the parcel to a courier only to discover that the lowest cost for ground transport to ship the item back to Cosco, the manufacturer, would be $472 . Which is almost 2x the cost of the item. Amazon will only pay $140 of the cost . When I contacted Amazon again , I was told they will contact me again for a pickup . Another week goes by with no response and I called once again , probably for the 10th time . I was bluntly told by a staff from the Philippines that the refund window is closed and the conversation will be terminated .This is how Amazon deal with larger items when there is a defect. They will not take any responsibility. Worse yet , the customer service department seem to be trained to block customer complaints. There was a lot of lip service but they’re told not to escalate the complaint . There is no intention to resolve conflict and protect customers . There does not seem to be any desire to Do The Right Thing.So Buyer beware.I would not buy an any large items from Amazon .I highly recommend Wayfair. On other occasions when I had problems they were able to resolve the issues without delay.

Don’t waste any money on this. Look somewhere else. This package came with a broken package and the packaging isn’t sturdy at all for such a large product. The worst part is this box is definitely not for outdoor at all. This product can’t be closed properly and it will leave at least a 2 cm gap on both ends. Water, bugs or even small animals can easily get into this box. This product is sold as an outdoor storage box and the description said this box is weather-resistant. What a shameful seller.
