Better than expected
This product came in 5 boxes and thankfully none were damaged. So assembly was a piece of cake until the roof. The roof wasnt hard once you figure out what to do. The problem is the instructions stink and the double sided tape they provide one doesnt hold and two its a waste of time with the rubber S pieces and three they dont provide enough double sided tape. So I see alot of people on here complain thats its so difficult. I only had my girlfirend and myself and it was no problem in 7 to 8 hours and now that I know what to do with my way of doing it I can probably do it in 4 to 5 hrs. So I put the legs to the side rails upside down then we fl[pped it over much easier. The S pieces on the roof dont waste your time with double sided tape just start in the middle then physically put the top rubber s piece in and a bolt then the middle S and a bolt dont tighten too much. then do the rest of your pieces with 1 bolt. repeat for all sides piece of cake then put the rest of your S and bolts in. So poor instructions and poor double sided tape it gets a 4.5. Other than that its sturdy and looks great.

Quality Design Perfect For Deck
The hard-top gazebo is a great addition to our space providing much needed shade, plus protection from insects, which is particularly handy when eating outside. Assembly took two men two full days, but instructions were clear and concise. Screens and curtains install easily and are well made. Added tiebacks to go over both sets of curtains are very useful and add to the clean look when pulled back. Three places in roof to hang fan, lights, etc. we are very happy with our purchase! Very pleased with product and highly recommend for price, quality and appearance.

This was very hard to build. Need 3-4 people. Took a few days. Sturdy sound and durable. Only complaint we have is that it leaks at some of the screw holes when it rains. Just drips, nothing crazy. Overall itâs a wonder piece and it has withstood many bad north Texas storms. we are happy with it and would recommend this! Beautiful edition to our patio

Ordered this and decided to hire contractor to install it. All of the parts were not in box, so we reordered the parts and they send wrong parts, we had to reschedule our installer several times, wasting his time and ours. Finally got correct parts and once erected the product is very nice looking, sturdy, good quality! Overall a good buy!

Some Issues
This gazebo is very aesthetically pleasing. It took 2 men (one of whom does commercial moving and installations) 8 hours to put it together. Although it took a little longer than they anticipated, they said it was not a difficult build. I only have one significant complaint – there is a notable leak in at least one spot. I live in central Ohio and we have had very little rain this year so if there are other leaks I haven’t noticed them yet.What I found surprising was the lack of weights in the bottom of the netting and curtains, the slightest breeze makes the netting move, a lot. I’m not a fan of how the netting/curtains close but that is on me as I assumed they would go from corner to corner when they actually start at the corner and zip together in the middle of each side. So in order to just close one side, it involves 2 curtains. The netting has fasteners similar to hair bands to keep them tucked away in each corner when not in use, two of eight have already broken. I also am disapointed with how the net/curtain is able to be tied back. I have no idea how to explain this so I wont even try. I bought this during Prime Days earlier this year and it was a lot cheaper than buying directly from the dealer. Keeping that in mind Im OK with this purchase. But I can honestly say that I’m not certain I would have bought this had I known about the net/curtain quirks.

Quality product – allow time and arrange a crew for assembly
This gazebo is extremely high quality. We have not had a chance to secure it to our deck yet; but it hasnât moved even in heavy winds. One thing to note – it isnât easy to put together! Assemble a crew of at least four people that are somewhat handy and can follow instructions. Allow this crew at least 8 hours to put this thing together.

Great Quality and Fit (12′ x 16′)
Fast shipping and arrived in good condition.Every part was individually wrapped to prevent damage to paint. Very impressed! There were no missing parts and actually some extra! The parts fit together very well. One suggestion. I used duct tape instead of double sided tape to hold plastic pieces on the roof panels. Don’t get overwhelmed by all the parts and read through the steps thoroughly and you will be fine.
