Horrible customer service- received a used (dirty) and broken couch (rattan unraveling)- cushions are filthy, reached out to customer service and they transferred me to 8 different people- will not offer an option for a replacement, even though the item is eligible for replacement.Not comfortable and stiff as a board. Do not waste your $.

Customer service is great!!! The product itself is cheap, no surprise due to the cost being so low. You get what you pay for. The screws do not line up, and I had to zip-tie certain parts together. Also, The rattan was unwound in one area so I had to superglue it together. Customer service is very responsive so A+ for that. I was given the option for a partial refund which I took. The time it would have taken to break the piece down, and re-box was not worth the time. Luckily its sturdy enough to use. Cushions are rock hard, but that’s to be expected with how thin they are.
