Disappointed
With temperatures reaching over 110 degrees, we needed something to help keep our animals cool. We setup two of these misters with the hopes that they’d at least last the season. They were nicely package, but not very sturdy. That’s ok, it wasn’t a major investment. But when they didn’t even last a week, we were disappointed. The first issue was the cracking of one of the supply lines. Two days after we had set it up, my daughter noticed that the mister wasn’t working and there was a huge puddle in the yard. One of the lines had split, and water was spraying out of it. Soon, the second failure occurred, with the mister heads coming loose from the spray tubes. By about day 6, we’d lost several of the mister heads. Another shortcoming is that they female connectors that attach the supply line to the assembly and the hose bib are very poor quality. We used the enclosed “Teflon” tape, but you can only turn the female connecter about 1.5 revolutions before it just slips backward, like you’re stripping the threads. So you have to be very careful about how tight you try to connect the supply line. Overall, we had very high hopes, but in the end, we purchased a much more solid and expensive misty fan from Costco.

It is as advertised
This thing is as advertised it’s about 3 ft tall or somthing my one complaint is the bulk may not last long. It’s mostly plastic and very light weight like very light weight the wind blows it over and it does ave stakes to put in ground however mine is on concrete and tips over. Also this thing is very under engineered, the legs are plastic and don’t lock the hoses are all drip system plastic which may be cool for repairs but honestly if you bult it up a bit you could charge more wit rubber hoses and brass fittings you could charge 50 dollars a unit. However the pluses are it’s easy to move around they have sent you with a hose long enough probably 15 to 20 ft to connect to the hose bib and the mysters work very well. My dogs and I use it daily and haven’t had any major problems yet I just anticipate it breaking in the first violent storm we have in phx.

The mister really keeps our Husky cool. He spends lots time in the shade on the grass with the mister. (He would probably destroy it, so it is behind a wire enclosure.

Great mister for our pool area! Bought two!
Couldnt get the hose to connect so took out the washer and left in the screen washer in order to fit the hose. Other than that a solid investment. Highly recommended! Perfect for out pool area!
