very good quality for the price
It looks good, it cooks good, and it is good. Needed a new gas grill and I decided to kick it up a notch. Happy I did. I’ve only cooked on it a few times and it cooked perfect. Love the storage and the doors below the grill. The sear side of the grill is really a nice feature and cooked the few steaks I cooked perfect. Very happy with the look of the grill but more importantly the quality of the grill. It’s nice and heavy and well built. And it’s a large grill.Now, as far as putting it together, it was a few hours doing it by myself, but that is what I expected.Very happy so far and would recommend this gas grill.

I love how it looks and the build. Easily the BEST quality grill I’ve owned. The session to me is the universal one. You get what you pay for (in general). The sub $200 gas grills just don’t last. I’m hoping just one will last longer than 2 years. It sure looks like it will.Amazon delivered it a week earlier than expected. The delivery young man was awesome as he brought it up two flights of stairs leading to my back yard. Great customer service. Then the delivery was perfect. I got confirmations all week. The assembler was prompt and very professional. The complexity of the assembly is quite evident. I could tell he had done many of these. It took him about 3 hours. But the grill was assembled perfectly. He even waited until I hooked up a hose to test the starter. Worked like a charm. I grilled some Pork Ribs and Burgers to test. Though the grill cooks beautifully, it has the ability to get hot really fast if you have even three of the grills fired up. I learned to turn the fire DOWN as soon as you light it. The grill heats very evenly.Rotisserie works like a charm (see video). I was very skeptical it would work as I had a 4.3lbs chicken. The motor worked without issues. I turned the fire down low and the chicken cocked perfectly in about an hour and 15 minutes.. Having large Bar B Que for the 4th so I’m excited to really see what this beast of a grill can do. Since I had it assembled (FREE.99) I have absolutely no minuses at this early ownership stage. I would and did recommend to a friend.

Good quality and support. Not too hard to assemble but no cakewalk either.
This is obviously a quality product. It is heavy. The assembly is not for the timid, but it can be done. The instructions are all graphics with very little language. I had a small problem and contacted Customer Support by email in the evening and they got back to me within a few minutes and resolved it.

The barbecue looks great but when the assembly team came, they could not finalize the rotisserie because a connector was missing threading. I am trying to contact customer service but itâs going to take weeks before a reply for 1 piece. After I have paid so much for a barbecue itâs not fully functional. Amazon chat only offers full replacement and thatâs none sense for full assembly for one tiny piece.
I have to keep putting air in it every 2 hrs. 6 hrs being gone it’s really low –
Electric ignition
Nice grill but only had it for 2 months and used it 5 times and the electric ignition don’t work. Replaced battery and still nothing.

I am very pleased with this grill. Assembly out of the box took a while, but worth the effort. Cooks evenly & heats up quickly. Mine also came with a rotisserie kit (which I must have missed in the description) so nice bonus there. It’s going to be a great summer for grilling!

Not long lasting
I bought this May 2022 and its Mach 2024 I have it stationary on my covered deck. It’s never been rained on, cleaned and covered after every use so I know it is not a maintenance issue. Now, the grates are all broken, the cast iron goes brittle after a year, then they just break. So it took me forever to find some SS grating for them.The heat distribution plates, drip pan are desegrated and the tubes for the flames are partially working.I use a wire brush and damp cloth at the most to clean it but I cannot explain on how this is rusting so bad.It finally went up in flames yesterday and I am glad I do not leave it alone when running.Glad I keep a fire extinguisher nearby too.When it did run, it was very inconsistent, only two hot spots around, the sear option was the coldest part of the grill. The heat plate is too small.defiantly not getting another.
